Our spiritual journey begins in the high Andean town of Cusco where we will meet you at the airport. Transfer to the hotel in the beautiful center of the city and once settled gather for a briefing to learn about the planned activities for the following days.
After the briefing enjoy a short ceremony to welcome you that will involve clearing of your energy and connection with the spirits. Later that evening participate in dinner to welcome you and to get to know the group, dine on traditional Peruvian cuisine with your tour leader.

We start our day in the village of Chinchero from where our Sacred Journeys family originates. The town is located on the high Andean plains with some of the best views in the Sacred Valley. Chinchero is known for its weaving and textiles and the a great spot to buy souvenirs to remember the area. At a local community see a demonstration of how the women weave and gather wisdom through their craft. Learn how they use the process of natural dies made from local plants and minerals. From our Master learn about Andean Healing arts and the connection with the ancient spirits of the Andes.
Today is our first opportunity to work with San Pedro or Wachuma as it is known locally. This powerful ceremony uses traditional plants and heals the heart and emotional hurt. With the guidance of our master you can connect with the ancient energies and transform your life.

After a wonderful breakfast at our hotel we travel to the living Inca town of Ollantaytambo, or the Sanctuary of the Wind. Visit the ceremonial center that is in the heart of the impressive hillside terraces. See the Temple of the Sun, the Royal baths all for a shamanic experience to connect the 3 Inca elements. Walk along the river to the Temple of the Condor where you will have time to reflect and enjoy some silent meditation.
After lunch we will catch the train from the Ollantaytambo station, travel through the scenic valley along the Urubamba River before arriving into the village of Aguas Calientes. Settle into your hotel before having time to explore this quaint little village. Rest and prepare yourself for the next day of excitement.

Awake early this morning before making our way to the bus station in Aguas Calientes. Travel up the mountain to the gates of Machu Picchu and our spiritual awakening. Machu Picchu is an inspiring and magical place, an architectural wonder. Said to have been used as an astronomical observatory and a resting place, Machu Picchu now attracts thousands of visitors each year from all over the world, all making the journey to connect with it energy and the Inca wisdom. The site sits on three high peaks of power making it the perfect place to focus and meditate.
Your guide will take you to all the important sites at Machu Picchu, the temples, the sacred rocks, the plazas and the residential areas, feel the spirit of the Andes and enjoy the spectacular views. Enjoy a ceremony to connect with Pachamama which is sure to be a life change experience.
Later in the day return to the train station for a scenic journey back to the town of Ollantaytambo. Here we will settle into our hotel before the Ayahuasca ceremony in the evening. Our Sacred Journeys Master will guide you through the process and after rest and recover at your hotel.

This morning a chance to rest and eat a delicious breakfast before we leave the Sacred Valley for a wonderful drive through the Andes to the town of Pacchanta. Pass spectacular landscapes and local villages such as Urcos and Ocangate. Start your trek to Ausangate where you will have excellent views of the mountain and the Cordillera of Vilcanota.
Visit the Lucio Altar, the perfect to connect the Apus of Ausangate, worshipped by the local people. Later spend some time at the Pacchanta hot springs (4400 meters / 14,432 feet), a great place for a soak and which offers fantastic views of Ausangate at the end of the valley. Tonight we stay with a local family and enjoy their home and hospitality.

After a special breakfast with our family we journey to the sacred lagoons of the Apu Ausangate. Here you can connect to the ancients, hear from your guide the legends of Mama Coca and participate in offerings to the Apus and the Mamacochas. Later descend to the sacred lagoons of Otorongo and Ancash Cocha that will help to purify our bodies and spirits. Later feeling regenerated by the mountains return to Pacchanta and enjoy a lunch surrounded by the mountains before returning to Cusco in our private transport. This evening share a farewell dinner with your fellow traveler and reminisce about your journey spent on your sacred journey.

This morning we will explore the special site of Cusco, starting at the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman located above the city. Marvel at the genius of this architectural wonder and hear from your guide the legends and stories of the history of this site. Your guide will take you through a rebirth in the cave of the Cosmic Mother, known as the womb of Mother Earth. Travel back to Cusco and visit Coricancha, the most important to the Inca Culture, dedicated to the Sun God. Hear how the walls were once covered in solid gold and the courtyard filled with golden statues.
Later transfer to the airport for your flight home. Leave Peru energized with a new sense of wellbeing. Say goodbye to Cusco and the Sacred Andes with new friendships and lasting memories of your time in Peru.
