Sacred Journeys will meet you at the airport in Cusco and transfer you to the hotel. A short briefing will be provided and use the rest of the day to rest, relax and acclimatize to the altitude.

Today we explore the Inca city of Cusco and learn about the history of this fascinating Inca capital. At 9am your guide will be waiting at your hotel lobby. Our first stop will be the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman, marvel at its architecture, hear from your guide about the legends and gaze upon the gigantic stones that the site was constructed. Nearby experience the rebirth process in the cave of the Cosmic Mother or the Womb of Mother Earth. Travel to Tambo Machay known as the resting place of the Inca. See the ceremonial bath dedicated to water and worship. Participate in a Andean Ceremony to connect with the Inca trilogy, the Puma, Serpent and the Condor. After visiting to other ancient temples, travel back to Cusco for a enlightening city tour where your guide will give you the ancient stories and legends, meet the wonderful people before visit the Inca temple of Corichancha, which was dedicated to the Inca Sun God, legend has it that the temple was covered in sheets of gold, and large golden statues, feel the spirit of the Inca while you explore this ancient site.

At 900am from your hotel lobby we start our adventure to the Sacred Valley. Travel to the small village of Chinchero where you will enjoy the spectacular views of the Andes. Chinchero is world renowned for its traditional weaving and tapestries, a great place to buy souvenirs to take home. Visit the local community and meet the locals. Later participate in a Despacho ceremony that will connect you to the Pachamama.
We will eat lunch in Chinchero before traveling to the interesting Inca agricultural site of Moray. Here you will experience large circular terraces which were used by the Inca as a open greenhouse consisting of different microclimates. The Inca considered the site as the womb of Mother Earth and was connected to feminine energy and a great place for healing. Later travel to your hotel in the Sacred Valley and connect with the millions of stars that fill the night sky.

Today we experience a ceremony that is dedicated to the Cosmic Mother, Mama Quilla or the Moon, we travel to the Temple of the Moon or Quillarumiyoq, a sacred place of the Inca Priestess. The temple serves as a portal that connects the Earth Mother, fertility and it is said, rebirth.
Have the optional opportunity to experience San Pedro. San Pedro is a gentle, powerful and sacred plant that is traditionally used to heal when one experiences extreme pain and emotional trauma. With the guidance of a master the plant is used to reconnect with the ancient energy that helps to heal and transform us for the better.

This mornings adventure starts with a scenic train ride through the Sacred Valley until KM104, here you will start your wonderful day of trekking on the one day Inca Trail to Machu Picchu. After passing the check point, start you walk with a gentle uphill climb passing through cloud forests and spectacular views before reaching the waterfalls below Winay Wayna. Stop for photos before walking to the ruins of Winay Wayna, here your guide will give you a tour. Hear the history and legends of this spectacular site. After a picnic lunch walk to the Sun Gate where you will get your first view of the Inca citadel of Machu Picchu. Spend some time enjoying the views before making your way down to the viewpoint above Machu Picchu. Later take the bus down to Aguas Calientes, explore the town before resting in your comfortable hotel for the night.

Arise before sunrise to get the most out of your day. Take the bus along the zigzag road to the gates of Machu Picchu. Explore the site with your guide, learn about the different areas of the ruin including the Temple of the Condor, The Temple of the Mirrors, The Royal Residences, The Urban Sector, The Sacred Stone, to name a few. Feel the spirit of the Inca surround you and experience the magnificent Andes that will wrap around like a warm hug. If you have booked in advance climb up to Huayna Picchu, this is a magical and powerful magnetic experience. Look down upon Machu Picchu and see 360 degree views of the surrounding valley. Later travel back down Aguas Calientes and after lunch travel back through the Sacred Valley to Ollantaytambo where our driver will take you back to your hotel in Cusco.

This morning relax and unwind and enjoy a well deserved sleep in with the morning free to explore and discover. In the afternoon join your fellow travelers and masters as you share your experiences of the journey. After this beautiful and supportive experience you are free to relax. This morning we depart Cusco and travel through the Sacred Valley to the hidden Andean village of Pacchanta high in the Andean mountains. On our journey we visit a stunning church known as the Sistine Chapel of the Andes. The church is a masterpiece of art and history. Traveling further pass through historic villages such as Urcos and Ocangate see a glimpse into the daily lives of the people in these remote villages. The postcard scenery reveals snow capped mountains like the Cordillera Vilcanota. Getting closer to our destination see the large and majestic Ausangate Mountain that dominates your view. It is important to Andean culture and plays an important part with pilgrimages every years to its peaks. On arrival to Pacchanta enjoy a wonderfully relaxing soak in the mineral rich waters of the hot springs. Enjoy the stillness of Ausangate while feeling the energy of the peaceful and energetic land that surrounds, feel the connection with your surrounding and the tranquility.

On this last day of our amazing journey, it will no doubt feel much longer than it was. When you work with the sacred sites and medicines in such a deep and connected way, you step outside of time and space. Before you go home, we come together for a closing circle and offer our deep gratitude for all the blessings, love, joy, adventure and magic. Then set your intentions for the next part of your own journey as you carry this embodiment onwards with you. We enjoy have one last wonderful lunch together. You are free to make your way to the airport or extend your stay.
Today will be our last day of the enriching journey. Today work with some of the sacred Andean sites and learn about the medicines to connect is a deeply spiritual way. Before leaving this wonderful place we come together in a closing circle where we can offer our deep gratitude to the Andes for all our blessing, joy, adventure and magic.
