Pickup at the airport in Cusco and transfer to your hotel downtown. Use the rest of the day to relax and acclimatize to the the altitude.

Today we explore the Inca city of Cusco and learn about the history of this fascinating Inca capital. At 9am your guide will be waiting at your hotel lobby. Our first stop will be the Inca fortress of Sacsayhuaman, marvel at its architecture, hear from your guide about the legends and gaze upon the gigantic stones that the site was constructed. Nearby experience the rebirth process in the cave of the Cosmic Mother or the Womb of Mother Earth. Travel to Tambo Machay known as the resting place of the Inca. See the ceremonial bath dedicated to water and worship. Participate in a Andean Ceremony to connect with the Inca trilogy, the Puma, Serpent and the Condor. After visiting to other ancient temples, travel back to Cusco for a enlightening city tour where your guide will give you the ancient stories and legends, meet the wonderful people before visit the Inca temple of Corichancha, which was dedicated to the Inca Sun God, legend has it that the temple was covered in sheets of gold, and large golden statues, feel the spirit of the Inca while you explore this ancient site.

At 900am from your hotel lobby we start our adventure to the Sacred Valley. Travel to the small village of Chinchero where you will enjoy the spectacular views of the Andes. Chinchero is world renowned for its traditional weaving and tapestries, a great place to buy souvenirs to take home. Visit the local community and meet the locals. Later participate in a Despacho ceremony that will connect you to the Pachamama.
We will eat lunch in Chinchero before traveling to the interesting Inca agricultural site of Moray. Here you will experience large circular terraces which were used by the Inca as a open greenhouse consisting of different microclimates. The Inca considered the site as the womb of Mother Earth and was connected to feminine energy and a great place for healing. Later travel to your hotel in the Sacred Valley and connect with the millions of stars that fill the night sky.

Today we leave the hotel early for a full day of exploring the Sacred Valley. Firstly starting at the Inkary Museum a mystical journey experiencing the Andean traditions. Later travel to the Pisac Archaeological Park for a guided tour of the ruins, discover the spiritual connection and hear about the brilliance of the Inca builders. Explore the wonderfully quaint streets of Pisac filled with wonderful shops and cafes, before shopping at the Pisac Market for all your local souvenirs proudly made by the craftsman of Pisac. Travel to the town of Urubamba to enjoy lunch.
After lunch travel to the Inca town of Ollantaytambo, where you will explore the ceremonial center and the spectacular hillside terraces. The fortress at Ollantaytambo features the Temple of the Sun, Royal Baths and an energy that connects to the earth, water, air and fire. Spend sometime at the Temple of the Condor where you can take a few minutes to reflect and meditate. Later travel to the hotel in the Sacred Valley.

Before sunrise awake and after breakfast travel by train from Ollantaytambo station to Aguas Calientes, the town below Machu Picchu. Travel along the Urubamba River through clouds forests, see spectacular views all from the comfort of you seat on the train.
From the train take the bus up the zigzag road to the Inca sacred site of Machu Picchu, known as the Cristal Condor site experience the spiritual energy.
Experience all the impressive site has to offer, Machu Picchu is a great example of the brilliant Inca culture. Thought to be used as an astronomical and pilgrimage site, it welcomes thousands of visitors from around the world everyday that hope to experience the connection and the energy of these ancient people. Surrounded by these ancient Andes they form a triangle of energy making the perfect place to meditate and learn about the ruins their purpose and see all beauty of Machu Picchu.
In the Afternoon, you’ll bus down to Aguas Calientes train station and enjoy a scenic train ride along the Urubamba River to the charming town of Ollantaytambo where our driver waits for us to drive us back to our Cusco hotel.
After you have finished exploring the site, take the bus down to Aguas Calientes, have some time to explore this quaint little town set among the high Andes before catching the afternoon train back to Ollantaytambo where our driver will transfer you back to Cusco and your hotel.
